Deborah Eckland and Greg Young successfully resolved a personal-injury lawsuit brought by the mother of a young toddler against their apartment complex landlord. The young boy fell eleven stories from his family’s apartment balcony. The young child, dubbed “Miracle Baby,” survived the fall and has since made a remarkable physical recovery. The manner of the fall and contributing factors were disputed between the family and apartment complex. Shortly after the lawsuit was initiated, Goetz & Eckland negotiated a confidential settlement to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
