Alan focuses his practice on construction litigation, representing a wide range of contractors in a variety of trades. Alan also specializes in the area of personal injury, no-fault automobile insurance defense, and general civil litigation. He has achieved a number of successful outcomes for his clients in state district court and arbitration proceedings. Alan is licensed in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and federal district court-District of Minnesota. After completing service in the U.S. Army, Alan lived in Los Angeles for three years. He also served as a commissioned officer in the California and Minnesota Army National Guards. Alan presently lives in the Twin Cities area with his family. |

MY PHILOSOPHY
ALAN KING
For me, the practice of law is inherently tied to communicating and interacting with others. Whether it be opposing counsel, a judge, or even my own clients, the nature of my communications with others is extremely important towards setting the posture of each case. Often times, simply listening is the best communication.
Although I will not try every case, I approach each one as if it will be my next trial. To me, knowing that I have left no stone unturned gives me the satisfaction that I have provided my clients the representation they expect and deserve. That is why I enjoy litigating cases.
