MY PHILOSOPHY
SCOTT R. JOHNSON
Information and communication are the keys to ensure that clients feel in control of their case, understand what is happening, and are prepared for the next step. When it comes to my cases, my goal is to provide my clients with the information they need to always know what is going on, and why steps are being taken.
While keeping my clients informed and educated, I tenaciously work to obtain the best result possible through creativity and hard work. I’ve done my job right if my clients, at the end of the case, feel like they were informed throughout the process and got the result they expected.
